yeeehaw!!
so yesterday, i picked up loop-d-loop and it is incredible. page after page of gorgeous photos, wonderful projects, i want to do almost everything in there. the foreward about knitting as art is fantastic. i also got freeform knitting and crochet.
the woman from knots and treadles called me back. she is only there on her days off. she has one louet wheel there, for 300 bucks and she will take payments on it. i asked her about the babe’s wheel and she didn’t like that too much. i dunno. that babe’s wheel is 8 lbs. anyone with any advice, give it to me!! anyway, i decided it was better not to go and spend money, when i have 3 lbs of rovings, not much money, and if i go i may well be late for work. i will probably dye some of this stuff with Kool-aid tonite. yay!!
i woke up in the wee hours of the morn, i vaguely remember this, and had a cup of coffee in my hand, which i had spilled on myself. yup. sleeping, drinking coffee. ok, i need to look up some stuff, and go SPINNNNNNinggg!!
