all this and peter dinklage, too!

okay, right off the bat, nip/tuck has peter dinklage on it! whoa! and, they have a youtube reference, christian got a sex tape on there by accident and sees his ass and is upset by it. which i thought was funny. it has become really really big in a small amount of time. i love the enormous fake pregnant belly, too. hilarious! fake bellies crack me up! holy shite! i just saw mario lopez’s naked ass! when did he turn into an enormous beefcake? i thought he was a little guy. even his face looks muscular. craziness.

in other news, there is this amazingly sweet kitty (i think an older kitten) that has started coming around. i love her. i want her. i can’t have her. anyway, i have been really really stressing about her, i get so upset that i can’t stop thinking about it, and i think i talked the new neighbor across the street into keeping her. she said that if/when she came around tonite, she would take her. i told her i would help her get her fixed, etc. so fingers crossed everyone! the strange thing is that the neighbor said that the first time she saw the cat, she had a big dog collar around her skinny little stray cat middle. i can’t figure out what that was all about. she is all about love and will be a long haired cat whence she grows up. anyway interested in the most sweet and cuddly girl ever, email me! i want her so badly. if we didn’t have a jealous peeps that will peeps all over the house (more than usual) if we got a new cat, i would have taken her in already. sigh.

not much else. knitting and spinning and i need to get some of my swaps ready to go. i feel like a jerk. sigh. again. sorry velma! soon! i swear!

also, pavel gets aggressive when he is sleepy, he attacked me in the bathroom. he puts his ears back and latches on to my leg. he bit my foot, bit my leg, and if jake hadn’t yelled at him, he would have bitten me again. it is sad that i am the lowest on his food chain, after his papa and two other cats. i only weigh 10 times as much as him, why should he be afraid of me?

want some pics? here is some of my thrift haul from yesterday…

Is Pavel a dog and do you keep him in a weird box. Russian do that with their dogs named Pavel. Or just shoot them into space.

That garlic keeper is strange! Its expression looks… exasperated? Resigned? Politely irritated?

I use to collect all those anthropomorphic kitchen things-they are so funny! what great thrift scores, you can’t find anything good here nowadays…sigh……….

I love that blue yarn…ok, I’m gonna TRY to make one today-try being the operative word here….

hey girl, quit bustin’ your own chops! it’ll get here when it gets here, and i bet it’s when i need a pick-me-up the mostest.

that blue is spectacularoso. do you card the sari threads in to the batt, or add ‘em as you go?

i saw the thrifting pix on flickr; love everything. i think you *should* sell the garlic on etsy so i can buy it! i wish we had better thrifts here; ours suck ass. oh, well, we have the scenery to make up for it. xo v

ps wasn’t n/t awesome? cole knows to be careful not to share the previews w/ me, as i like to see ea. episode ‘cold’ - so i avoid spoilers like the ads. i love peter too; did you see the conductor (i think that was the name of it)?

erika, maybe the expression is about him knowing that he smells and being embarrassed?

barbe, i must go and see what you have made. did you have a lightbulb moment? it sounds like you did! that is one benefit of living here, i get really good stuff at the thrift stores for a penny cause no one knows what it is. i am always stunned at the stuff i pick up. i do need to start selling it, i just don;t have the room.

velma, no sari thread in there. not sure what is looking like that to you. that is the scrap yarn knitted up, nothing carded in there at all. all scraps. the blue fuzzy bits are FUN FUR! see, i always tell everyone that all yarns have a purpose.

gorgeous stuff natasha. its fun to see photos of your yarn knitted up.

pavel and my little girl have something in common. mayumi gets really pissy just before naptime. she’ll scream and cry like you’re doing something to physically hurt her and then after she lets out the loudest shriek that she could muster up from her little body, she’ll fall right to sleep.

you should keep the little garlic guy.

thanks for all the fun baby links.
