just kidding. i am not going to handmade arcade. i will just be naked. oh, reverse that. so, i will be there, and will be wearing my blue apron thing top with the tulips on it because it has a deep all the way across pocket. and the bonnie raitt wanna-be hair that seem to identify me so well. or the xmen girl…anyway, i boxed up my wares, and holy shit is there a lot of stuff! krike! lots of yarn, lots of knits, some of the wire crocheted jewelry and even some spinning batts for the spinners in the hizzy. if you read this and don’t know me in person and are going, please please please introduce yourself! i look mean when i am nervous, and shy, so don’t take it at me actually being mean (not to you anyway!) and i have a gorgeous pink table cloth with graphic dandilions on it, really purdy. although no luxe signage. a bit of an oversite, but there is nowhere to hang it but on the front of the table (and no one will see it there) or ON the table taking up room. i have cards, and tagged most stuff, so that should be sufficient. oh, i need to bring used plastic bags even though they are ugly just in case, as well. ooooh, and the 15th person to introduce themselves to me will win something. seriously. i don’t know if that is a high number or a low one? are there lots of pgh lurkers? hm? are there?

lots of great people there and super vendors from all over the place, so it should be a rockin show! so come. okay. i saw they have the free haircut thing again. that seems like a bad, bad idea. and my hairdresser tammy would kick my newly mulletted ass. i hear that the mullet/rattail thing is what the hipsters do now. and moustaches. not good. i do like handlebar moustaches on jake. it makes him look like he’s mean…grrr! but he will never keep one, sadly.

so nothing else, it was jake’s birthday today and i am so scattered that i didn’t even blog him something nice, but i will, belated, but nice. i always get his pressies at handmade arcade, so that is fun, plus we are going to iowa to see the family after xmas so i am going to pick up stuff for the kidlets and maddy there, too. an excuse! yay! lookout stuffed animule crafters, here i come!

i am so excited to get to see some pals like heidi ala my paper crane and shannon okey the knitgrrl in the flesh and mrs lampe and her lumps…and more more more!

so come out! there are loads of vendors. but eat first, the food there is normally not so good. at all. savvy? (hear that lynn? pirate talk, again!)

so sleepy. and must get up at frickin 8 am, which is not good. i am not such a morning person. lupus and morning…not good friends.
